How long can fruit sauce keep?

These fruit sauces have a fairly long shelf life; probably by the expiration date of your yogurt. I prepare snacks for 4-5 days during the week and divide them into servings. When portioning these yogurt dips, I worry more about the fruit draining than the yogurt.

Can i make it sweeter

Yes, you can increase the honey to taste. Remember that the fruit itself is sweet and it's kind to have a taste contrast.

Can i freeze it?

Unfortunately, yogurt does not freeze / thaw well, it breaks and spills after thawing. Because of this, I don't recommend freezing this recipe.
