We eat Mexican food at least twice a week. Our favorite! These burritos are on the menu tonight so I thought I'd share them with you. It tastes like a burrito mix Taquito and Enchilada. However, since they are not fried in oil, they are a bit lighter and healthier.

When I think of classic Mexican food, I think of chicken burritos. And instead of just eating at your favorite Mexican restaurant, you can prepare them at home too. This recipe isn't your average "cast it all on the tortilla" and calls it burritos. They're full of purposeful flavors and textures that make them delicious to the next level. I'm talking about genuine Mexican taste!
