23 healthy snacks you can make

These healthy snacks are great for kids who go to work or just eat around the house. Tons of ideas with both sweet and savory options.

I don't cognize about you, but if I'm not making healthy snacks and waiting for me in the fridge or pantry, I'll go straight into the bag of tortilla chips (or chocolate chips, to be honest). Shared some of my favorites (wearable) healthy office snacks I'm already sharing some snack options that are great for next week's Sunday.

Whether you're looking for kid-friendly snacks or something for adults, there are plenty of options in this post.

Easy snack options

In addition to the recipes in this post, there are a few other healthy snack ideas:

  • Healthy nuts like eggplant mix or almonds: Pay attention to the portion size; The cup has roughly 175 calories and can give you a boost of energy to strengthen your afternoon rest.
  • Fruit: My departure is an apple in the afternoon. I like adding the protein in the form of cheese or nut butter (1.5 ounces is one serving size).
  • Smoothies: This is difficult when you are away from home work. I like to drink a green smoothie (this is my favorite) to keep my energy levels high in the afternoon.
  • Humus: multidirectional! Use it as a vegetable dip, smear it on rice cakes, or place in bread (how about a couple of cucumber slices?).
