For many of us, meal preparation consists of sticking to our healthy eating goals: useful healthy foods that avoid over-indulgence.

But have you ever found a recipe that looks delicious only to find out that there are over 650 calories per serving? I have. Oops.

When I create a lunch preparation recipe for this website, my goal is close to 400 calories. I see this baseball field provides you with the great intersection of a large enough serving that really fills you up. You don't have to compromise on healthy grains, protein, lots of vegetables, and taste!
