Perfectly cool, dense, creamy and slightly sweet, this healthy strawberry smoothie recipe is great for kids and kids at heart.

If I want something fruity and refreshing, smoothie is the great solution! From my favorite Mango juice This green super food smoothieI love how versatile they are for this strawberry smoothie.

This strawberry smoothie is alert in less than 5 minutes and is made with simple ingredients. Unlike most strawberry smoothies on the market, this one basically doesn't have bananas and uses mango instead.

Mango gives a pleasant consistency and natural sweetness with a very subtle "tropical" taste. I think you will love this variant!

  • frozen strawberries Buy them in the freezer section of your grocery store or how to freeze strawberries
  • frozen mango pieces It's important as it adds body and natural sweetness to the smoothie. Replace with frozen banana or peach slices
  • Natural yoghurt- gives smoothie a delicious creamy texture! You can use plain or Greek yogurt. If you don't have milk, replace it with coconut yogurt!
  • Mixed liquid Use almond milk, oat milk, coconut water, milk, fruit juice, and even water.
  • Sweetener (optional)If you want to add a small more sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to your smoothie.
  • Chia seeds (optional)– adds a ton of nutritional value including chia seeds, antioxidants, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids (on)

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.

2. Mix until everything is smooth. Depending on your mixer, you may need to stop, scrape the edges, and mix longer. If the mixer gets stuck, try adding a small more mixing liquid. Mix 1-2 minutes for ultra creamy and smoothie.


Optional add-ons

  • Greens – try adding 3/4 cup of spinach or 1/2 cup of kale (1/8 teaspoon of almond extract may help hide the bitter taste of greens)
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax
  • 1/4 of an avocado – you may need to increase the mixing liquid
  • 1 tablespoon of goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Cooking with:

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal (provides some stamina)
  • 1/2 scoop of protein starch (also provides lasting strength)
  • 3 ounces of silky tofu
