- Chicken breast- For this recipe I used boneless and skinless chicken breasts. Feel free to replace it with boneless, skinless chicken drumsticks, but make sure you cut them into 1 1/2 inch pieces so they can cook evenly.
- Broccoli- Similar to chicken breast, it is important that we cut the broccoli into flowers of equal size (up to 1 1/2 inches).

Step by step instructions
Mix- In a large bowl, mix the chicken and broccoli with olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, basil and salt and cover evenly with spices.
