This recipe is from my father. I did it on my last visit and this protein omelette has been in rotation ever since. It fills it to the brim with vegetables and the Swiss cheese melts everything together. I like to use egg whites to reduce fat and cholesterol instead of using eggs with the yolk. It is a simple substitute that lacks neither taste nor taste.

My favorite thing about making omelets is that they are great for cleaning the fridge. You can basically use any vegetable or meat you have on hand. Sometimes I just obtain bored with the simple omeletteSo adding vegetables and meat makes a world of difference.

How to make a fluffy egg white omelette

  1. Fry. Start cooking the vegetables and meat in a pan over medium heat until tender. I like to use an 8 inch nonstick pan for the top results. Then slide the vegetables to one side of the pan.
  2. Touch. Reduce the heat to medium-low and carefully pour the egg whites into the empty side of the pan. Turn the pan so that the eggs run over the entire pan (including under the vegetables). Scatter the mozzarella over the vegetables and add additional spices. Cook until the egg white is frothy and cooked underneath.
  3. Translate. Turn off the heating and use a spatula to gently twist the egg over the vegetables. Transfer the omelette to a plate and add your favorite ingredients!

  • Vegetables. Any type of vegetable will work. The taste of spinach, mushrooms, potatoes, asparagus, zucchini, peppers and onions is delicious.
  • Flesh. You can keep it without meat or add sausage to it. bacon even now baked ham from vacation.
