EASY Sugar Cookie Bars with butter cream frosting


Unbelievable sweet biscuit bar soft, fluffy and absolutely delicious! Traditional sugar cookies and half as good as flavors! Topped with a wealthy butter cream frosting to make the ultimate dessert treat!

One of my favorite desserts ever Sugar cookies. Baked with a spoon, of course! I can eat icing from the shallow bowl. Okay, let's face it … I'm NOT freezing straight from the bowl. ? Mmm …

Okay, sugar cookies. These candy cane sticks that I shared today have turned out great! Seriously! I had to give it FAST, otherwise I'll swallow the whole pan. The kind thing about them is that they are half as good and taste good. Icing is also one of my favorites! Did I mention this part? ? This is really the great treat for every occasion!

Two hidden contents

I think there are two ingredients that make a good sugar cookie: sour cream and powdered sugar. Two things you'll never think of … but trust me, these materials make a difference! Sour cream keeps the dough moist and the powdered sugar makes the dough fluffy.

Glazed

I butter cream my favorite glaze. Delicious as well Cream cheese glaze or Strawberry butter cream.

  1. Mix all the icing ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Beat until foamy with a mixer for about 2 minutes.

Decorations

Cooking tips

  • For extra flavor you can add almond or lemon extract to the dough.

  • 2 1/2 glasses Flour
  • 1.2 teaspoon Salt-

  • one egg
  • one protein

  • 1.2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Food coloring (Optional)

Bars:
