One of my favorite pasta dishes for summer preparation is asparagus pasta. I love the extra crunch that adds fresh flavors and asparagus. I also like the taste of charred and juicy tomatoes. It's a great way to consume additional products from your garden or refrigerator. Just add your favorite vegetables with asparagus and you will never have a delicious pasta dish.

The light sauce made of crème fraîche and parmesan is also astonishing for this pasta. It is an excellent addition and really combines food. If you don't want to buy crème fraîche, you can add more parmesan instead. The taste will be delicious too. 🙂

materials

  • Pasta: Its use is my favorite linguin, but penne or rotini also work.
  • Chicken: I love adding chicken to add bulk and some protein to the dish. Shrimp are also delicious.
  • Vegetables: You can add as many or as many vegetables as you like. Sometimes I cast broccoli, mushrooms or diced red peppers.
  • cheese: I added cream fraîche and parmesan to make light sauce. If you want, you can add more parmesan instead of crème fraîche.
  • Oils and spices: What I like about this recipe is that it doesn't need a lot of oil and spices … just olive oil, lemon pepper, butter, garlic and lemon juice.

How to make asparagus noodles

  1. Cook the pasta Drain and set aside according to the instructions.
  2. Season and mix the chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side in a pan over medium heat. Then place on a plate and set aside.
  3. Sauté asparagus Let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes, then add tomatoes and garlic. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.
  4. Add the pasta and chicken Then mix the whipped cream and parmesan. Mix the lemon juice until it is creamy.
  5. Upper, higher on request with more shaved parmesan and fresh parsley.

  • 1.2 lb Linguine
  • 2 .. tablespoon olive oil
  • one lb Chicken breast without bones and without skin (Cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • one teaspoon Lemon pepper
  • one tablespoon Salted butter
  • 10th ounce asparagus (tilted off)
  • 1.2 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 .. teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1.2 Cup creme fraiche Cheese (can also be with parmesan)
  • 1.2 Cup Grated parmesan (more to taste)
  • 2 .. tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Optional spices: S&P, chopped parsley or basil

  • Boil water in a large saucepan and cook the linguini according to the directions in the package. Drain and set aside.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Put the chicken in the pan and season with lemon pepper, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.

  • Put the remaining oil in the pan and then add asparagus. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes, then add tomatoes and garlic. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.

  • Put the pasta and chicken in the pan. Then mix it with cream cheese and parmesan. Add lemon juice and mix until creamy. If desired, fill in more parmesan and fresh parsley.
