Potato drinkable – handicrafts and cocktails


I recently brought it together Back yard picnic My husband and I are enjoying a special moment at home. To sip at the picnic, I mixed this Potager drink with Germain. Specification: Jen Laforge The Boston Blossom Bar is truly one of the top cocktails ever drunk. Salty, sweet, whispered of elderberry St. Germain finishes with slightly bitter notes of tonic.

The unique star of the show in Ladle Drink is Jardin Cordial. Fast orange pepper and chubby tomatoes It is turned into a syrup that gives the cocktail a wonderfully salty back that attracts the sweetness of Germain. Many thanks to Jen for sharing this recipe. Glass: long / collinated cube glass, metal straw

  • 3/4 oz St. Germain
  • 3/4 oz sherry
  • 1 1/2 oz "Jardin Cordial": open with orange pepper and tomatoes (see recipe below)
  • 3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • Top with 1 ounce Tonic water
  • Set: Refers to grapefruit oils. Cut the grapefruit swath and food-secure mother / marigold flower.

"Cordial Garden"

With a citrus / vegetable juicer: 100 grams filtered,

cored orange-pepper juice and 50 grams of stretched tomato juice, vine-type.

Add 75 g of white sugar to the juicy vegetable mixture.

Stir until the sugar has melted completely. Let cool in a closed container. It takes up to 1 week.

  • Create all ingredients except tonic in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice cream, shake vigorously
  • Drain in a cooled colling glass for 10 seconds. Fill with tonic water. Add To fill ice cubes

* "Jardin Cordial:" Using a citrus / vegetable juicer: Collect 100 g of filtered, pitted orange and pepper juice and 50 g of filtered tomato juice in the manner of a vine. Add 75 g of white sugar to the juicy vegetable mixture. Stir until the sugar has melted completely. Let cool in a closed container. It takes up to 1 week.
