One of my favorite kids was Annie's large bagel made of soft cinnamon sugar. If you liked them too, I'll show you how you can easily make them at home.

This bagel is made in less than an hour and has the most delicious taste. This recipe makes about 12 large bagels or 60-70 mini stick cracker bites. If you are not doing this for a party, you can easily split it in half. The cinnamon sugar coating paired with the soft and chewy bagel texture is really divine. You won't be long!

How to make cinnamon sugar bagels

Prove yeast. Put warm water and yeast in a small bowl. Let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes until the upper foam forms. Then mix the salt and sugar.

Mix and knead the dough. Add flour in a separate large bowl. Pour the yeast mixture on top and knead for about 5 minutes. You can knead the dough with a bread hook or hands.
