Ingredients necessary to cook chicken beer on a slow cooker

Start the party

Start cooking the slow cooker chicken, as it takes 3-4 hours to cook. In a hurry? Take a fast pressure relief to the instant pot and cook under pressure for 8 minutes.

After cooking, grind the chicken with an electric hand mixer or two forks and cast it with a small cooking liquid.

Beer gives the salad a "malt" taste, but don't worry, it's fairly lean.

  • chicken – Use your boneless chicken skin or boneless skin selection.
  • beer – Use your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic beer. A lighter beer has the top taste without being too strong.
  • Cans of green chilli – I used Old El Paso's chopped green chilli, which is very light in Canada. I think there are different levels of profanity in other countries. So use your decision when choosing a box.
  • Pepper powder – It should not be mixed with pure powder chillies, this is a chilli powder spice mix. If you can't find it on the market, you'll find one here great option!

Batch size

This recipe requires cooking a pound of chicken in a small plate, 2.5 liter slow cooker (Although the photo and video contain 2 lbs of images). If you don't have a small slow cooker, you may have trouble reducing the sauce too much and burning it in a larger (5 or 6 liter) slow cooker.

Herbs, crispy coriander lemon sauce. This brings freshness to the salad and a really normal taco salad stands out. I don't recommend skipping this, but if necessary, a large shortcut would be bottled avocado or coriander lemon sauce.

  • Coriander leaves – give the salad a herb and fresh taste
  • White wine vinegar – Give the dresser a "pungent" taste
  • olive oil – or high quality extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic – for a different taste level
  • Lime juice – Combine with coriander and add a small lemon flavor to the salad
  • honey – Provides a hint to reconcile sweetness and everything. Replace with maple syrup or brown sugar
  • Dijon mustard – sounds strange with these flavors, but acts as an emulsifier to avoid the separation of olive oil and vinegar

Slow Cooker Beer Chicken (see note)

  • one lb Chicken breast (about 2 chicken breasts; boneless thigh also works)
  • 6 self beer (I suggest light beer)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 4.3 self Can of green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt-
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Coriander salad

  • 1.2 Cup Coriander leaves (packed loosly)
  • 1/4 Cup White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • one clove garlic (chopped)
  • 2 .. teaspoon Lime juice
  • 3rd tablespoon honey (Maple syrup or brown sugar can be replaced)
  • 1.2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt-

Taco salad

  • 4th glasses Green salad
  • 2 .. glasses Tortilla chips (or stripes)
  • one Cup Cherry tomatoes (Divided into two)
  • one Cup cheese (Broken)
  • one Cup Black beans
  • one Cup Egypt
  • 1-2 avocado (Cube)
  • Jalapeno slices (Optional)
  • Salsa (Optional)
  • Red onion (hacked; optional)

Slow cooker beer chicken

  • Put the chicken breast, beer, pepper powder, green pepper, salt and pepper in a small (2.5 liter) slow cooker. Mix to combine.

  • Let it cook for 3-4 hours.

  • Transfer the chicken to a bowl and cut it with two forks or a hand mixer.

  • Discard with cooking liquid and enjoy!

Taco salad

  • Wash the vegetables and chicken with coriander salad dressing.

  • Serve with nachos, sour cream, guacamole and / or salsa.

* You need a small (2.5 liter) slow cooker to cook a pound of chicken. Otherwise, I recommend doubling the recipe and cooking on a slow 6 liter stove

  • The rest of the chicken can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
