Can I cook this pork stew recipe in an instant pot? Yes! Check this out Instant Pot Pulled Pork Recipe for all instructions.

Which sliced pork goes top with this recipe with pulled pork stew? I have always used pork shoulder (also known as pork butt or picnic) because it is usually quite difficult and very beneficial to be tender from "low and slow". Since a pig has a small fat on his shoulder, it doesn't dry out like some cuts. But I recently heard that the pork fillet is a great lightly pulled pork and I want to test it out soon!

Can I freeze this pork stew recipe? YES! This can be frozen in two ways: 1) as a freezer bake (combine all ingredients in a freezer bag before cooking, then thaw everything and pour it out before cooking) or 2) freeze the cooked pork for 1 to 2 months.
