How to make mango salsa

- 3rd ripe mango (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1.2 Red pepper (Shredder)
- 1/4 Cup Red onion (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Chopped coriander (more to taste)
- 1.2 Jalapeno pepper (cored and chopped)
- a lime juice
- S & P to taste
Combine mango, pepper, onion, coriander and jalapeno in a bowl. Add lime and S&P to taste. Mix to combine.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to mix the flavors.
