We became a fan of tropical, tiki-inspired drinks. It consists of a forest bird cocktail, classic tiki ingredients and campari, a somewhat strange ingredient. Campari is not a typical tropical ingredient, but it works very well in this cocktail. Who knew an Italian schnapps tiki drink ?!

To our surprise, the sweetness of the pineapple is complemented by the bitterness of Campari. All of the underlying notes play a kind role in making the most delicious tiki drink. Absolutely delicious!
