necessary materials for the production of chickpeas in the air fryer

Let's talk about materials

For this air fryer chickpea recipe you need:

  • chick-pea– Strain and rinse 1 OR cook yourself Instant pot chickpeas
  • oil– I like to use avocado oil because it has a high smoke point, but extra virgin olive oil also works
  • Spice– I'm using my favorite version homemade fajita spice. I recommend a sugar scrub because sugar is burned during the test

Food preparation tips

These Air Fryer chickpeas are a great snack for food preparation. Some preparation tips:

  • dry– If you made roasted chickpeas in the oven (here is mine oven-roasted chickpea recipe!), You cognize that drying is important to make them crispy. This step is good for bypassing the air fryer (bow!)
  • Air fryerThis is the model of an air fryer that I haveand there are no complaints about it! Since all air fryers cook a small differently, use the cooking time as a rough estimate and check your chickpeas frequently during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • storage– Store these crispy chickpeas in an open container or jar to keep them crispy
  • Service dimension– This recipe was tested with a 19-ounce can of chickpeas. I cannot guarantee that the cooking time for the double batch will work.
