  • Buy a pre-cooked roast chicken– chop and use in several meals
  • Use prepared bandages and lower parts– shortens the preparation time
  • only portions– When I was very young, I made bento-style boxes and added my favorite meat, cheese, vegetables and soil
  • Use your tools– Cook your quinoa in the rice cooker so you can focus on other things. Boil a large batch of protein in the slow cooker. Using your devices gives your hands (and your mind) the freedom to focus on other tasks.
