This mozzarella patty is a popular delicious variant Meatballs recipe. The simple homemade dumplings are great, but add mozzarella in the middle and you're in for a genuine treat. The meatballs are tender, juicy, tasty and full of sticky mozzarella.
This is an excellent addition to pasta, which is served alongside roasted vegetables or even as an appetizer. We prefer to cook them in marinara and then serve spaghetti pasta. Sometimes we do it garlic bread also. Seriously delicious!
How to make mozzarella patties
MIX. Mix all ingredients (except mozzarella) in a bowl. Stir until everything is well mixed. Be careful not to overdo it. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon or two of water.

- 1 lb 80% lean ground beef (can be down with half-ground pork)
- 1 large egg (Wrought)

- 1/4 Cup Grated parmesan
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped onion
- 2nd teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4-6 ounce Mozarella Cut into 1/2 "cubes
- 2nd tablespoon Chopped fresh Italian flat parsley
Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Align a baking sheet with foil and spray it with a non-stick spray.
