  • 12 slices Delicatessen chicken
  • 1 Cup tzatziki
  • 12 Mini flatbread or 1 full wedge cut
  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups Cucumber, diced Seeds were thrown away
  • 1.2 Diced peppers
  • 1.4 Cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Feta cheese crumbled

English muffin bento box

  • 4 English muffins
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups freshly washed and dried fruits please refer *
  • 4 tablespoon honey

Tuna Protein Box

  • 4 all eggs
  • 4 Peeled and chopped carrots
  • 2-3 Chopped celery
  • 1 Cup grape
  • 1 Cup blueberries

  • 1.4 Cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1.4 teaspoon salt
  • 1.4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 ribs celery finely chopped
  • 1.4 Cup Red onion finely chopped

Spring Strawberry Bento Box

  • 3 cups sliced ​​strawberries
  • 4 cups rocket
  • 4 tablespoon Balsamic reduction
  • 4 tablespoon goat cheese or cream cheese
  • 12 Crackers cracked in half
  • 3.4 Cup pecan
  • 1 Eating spoon maple syrup
  • 1.4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Taco salad lunch box

  • 2 cups Tortilla chips with black beans
  • 1.4 Cup almonds

  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • Assemble the ingredients in triple storage containers (I recommend them)

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

  • English muffin top with cottage cheese and strawberries for serving. Mix it with honey.

Tuna Protein Box

  • Boil and chill difficult-boiled eggs (I used my instant pot). You can abandon them open or pull them off after they have cooled completely.

  • Mix the tuna salad ingredients and divide them onto the cups.

  • Spread all other ingredients on the containers.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

  • Enjoy the cold.

Chickpea Salad Lunch Box

  • Grind the chickpeas in a medium bowl with a spatula or potato masher.

  • Mix mayonnaise / vegan mayonnaise, dill, salt, pepper, celery, and red onions until completely mixed.

  • Divide it into 4 bento-style lunch boxes.

  • Divide the grape, vegetable, and pancake ingredients into containers.

Spring Strawberry Bento Box
