  • 6 sweet potatoes (medium size)
  • 250 G extra lean ground beef (or black turkey)
  • 1.2 Cup Red pepper (Chopped)
  • 1.2 Cup Red onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Eating spoon Taco spice
  • 1.4 Cup water
  • 1 Cup Egypt (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 Cup smoked gouda (Decomposition)

  • Heat the oven to 400 ° F.

  • Brush the sweet potatoes, dry and slice them 5-10 times with a fork. Place on a baking sheet.
