There are many cold salad recipes and it is possible to combine the ingredients as you wish. I chose my favorite salad recipes to commute the taste for you all summer.

Cold salad with potatoes:

  • Boil the potatoes until cooked, but not as much as mashed potatoes.
  • Peel and roughly cut the potatoes. Cut onions and cucumbers into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients.

Warm cold salad with marinated salmon:

  • Wash the pumpkin, cut 4 lengthways, and then cut it into lean slices.
  • Boil a pan of broth, add lemon juice and whit zucchini for 1 to 2 minutes (they should remain crisp).
  • Let them cook fresh pasta. (In order not to break the trick: boil the water after adding the noodles, then boil it slowly and stir it from time to time.)
  • Cut the salmon slices into lean slices. Season the "salad" and mix lemon juice, olive oil (not more than 2 to 3 tablespoons), salt and pepper.
  • Mix and serve everything.

Pasta salad with avocado and ham

  • Cook the pasta in brine according to the directions on the package. Drain them and wait for them to cool down. Add mayonnaise.
  • Place the cherry tomatoes, ham cubes and avocado cubes in the pasta tray. Add pepper and salt. Mix and serve.

Mediterranean pasta salad:

  • Cook in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the pasta packaging.
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Peel and core the cucumber and cut the meat into cubes. Peel and slice the onion. Take out the cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix the pasta with 3/4 cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. Add olive oil, basil, salt and pepper. Mix.
  • Spread over the remaining cucumbers, tomatoes, feta and red onions. Sprinkle with thyme and black olive residue. Serve at room temperature.

Pasta salad with tuna, tomatoes and corn:

  • Start by cooking the pasta in a large saucepan in boiling saline. Al dente, strain and pour back into the pan with a good dash of olive oil. Book and let cool.
  • During this time, prepare the spice: mix olive oil, vinegar and chopped garlic in a bowl. Then salt and pepper according to your wishes. Prepare the filling in a large container: wash and cut the tomatoes on small cubes, drain the corn and shred the tuna.

  • Strain the tuna and chop it with a fork. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the peppers and tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Slice the olives. Drain the anchovies.
