J House is a modern 7 bedroom mansion designed for a private family. The house is located in a steeply sloping area with excellent views and backlighting of the north. The three levels comprise a short, multiple living area, a gym, a theater, a tennis court, a spa with a swimming pool and a multi-car garage. Improved sustainability was a priority. Accordingly, in the basement of the house there is a solar park on the roof with provide batteries and a large house is created that saves energy with insulation, double glazing and water recycling.

Although it is a luxury house, the architectural design has limitations in the appearance of the building. The house will remain timeless and have a strong resale character in the region. While the main living areas profit from lush gardens and a northward direction, a large courtyard captures natural light and improves the air circulation and ambience of the adjacent areas.

Both natural and synthetic quality stones are used to ensure durability and longevity. These were usually darker earth tones. The original brass ornaments on handrails and door handles create a contrast and complement the floor palette of the houses. The owners wanted a modern feel without looking cluttered or futuristic. The exterior of the house is elegant, timeless and fits with its traditional and classic architectural inspiration to the surrounding district. The result is a simple and contemporary home that makes you feel luxurious without attracting attention.
